We accept change of mind returns within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs apply.

Ordered the wrong size? No worries. Return the unused item in original packaging and we'll help you get the right one.

3 Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us

How long does my refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 – 5 business days back to your original payment method.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

For change of mind or wrong size returns, return shipping is at your cost. If the item is faulty or we made an error, we'll cover the return shipping in full.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Please take a photo of the damage and contact us straight away. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Can I exchange for a different product?

At this stage we process exchanges as a return and a new order. Contact us and we'll guide you through the process to make it as smooth as possible.
